Chris has spent 30+ years helping organizations navigate the fast-changing world of technology. Based right here in St. Catharines, his career began by managing IT networks across dozens of companies and locations, ultimately rising to the role of Senior IT Director with a global software company, where he managed multiple data centers, mentored technical teams, design and implemented rigorous security frameworks to meet top-tier industry compliance.
Realizing that small and medium-sized businesses face the exact same technical and security hurdles as massive corporations, but without the same resources, Chris dedicated his career to changing that. His goal is to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity and modern tech practical, affordable, and easy to understand for local business owners.
Now with Taylor Jones IT, this deep experience is being brought forward to our Managed IT Services clients where he is a hands-on problem solver who loves breaking down complex technology into clear, everyday solutions to ensure his clients always stay a step ahead of digital threats.
